What to expect when you book
When you book online, your time is confirmed instantly against our live calendar at Newton Centre — there's no waiting for a callback. You'll get an email confirmation straight away and a reminder before your visit. If it's your first time with a particular treatment, we begin with a short assessment so the session is matched to your skin and your goals rather than run to a fixed script.
Before your appointment
Arrive with clean skin where you can, and bring a list of any active skincare products and medications you're using — it changes what's safe on the day. Let us know about recent sun exposure or treatments booked elsewhere, and for laser or IPL avoid tanning for two weeks beforehand. Not sure a treatment is right for you? Book a complimentary consultation first — there's no obligation to proceed.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Need to change your time? You can reschedule from your confirmation email, or call us at (617) 675-6661 and we'll find a slot that works. We ask for 24 hours' notice on cancellations so we can offer the time to someone else on the waitlist.
